About us:

We are a family run concern so you are sure to meet the same faces each time you visit us. We change of course with age, but our genuine compassion for both you and your pet will ALWAYS remain unchanged. We are frequently asked “Why do you do this job?”, this question is very easy to answer, because we have our own pets we are fully aware we cannot take away the pain of losing a friend, but we can honestly say that we know exactly how you feel, we hope that we are able to give a little comfort to people at their time of loss, helping to make sure that the memories of that dreadful day do not overshadow the happiness given by your pet over the years.

We are often asked how we came to start such a service, well the truth is that we were concerned about what would happen to our pets when they died, we had recently moved and found that Lincolnshire did not have any facilities at all, and those available throughout the country were very few and far between and lacking the “personal touch” which we felt was essential at such a difficult time, so that is where is all began in 1989.

There is still a real lack of understanding when people lose a much loved Pet who has been a member

of the family for many years.

This lack of understanding can make people feel they must hide their grief, but we hope we are able to help them remember the happy times, memories which are so precious when you love your much loved member of your family. Permissions & Memberships:

We would like to reassure clients that we are a fully Licenced and Authorised Pet Crematorium, holding

all necessary permits and Licences issued by Lincolnshire County Council, The Environment Agency,

DEFRA and Boston Borough Council, and are inspected regularly to ensure we are acting in

accordance with the regulations. We are founder members of The National Federation of Pet Crematoria which as a Trade Federation, aim to maintain high standards throughout its membership - the website is available at www.petcrematoria.org.uk Of course we are also members of our local Chamber of Commerce and

The Small Business Federation (FSB).
