 Ashes
will be returned in a “standard” Urn or
Caskets (as shown here) but for those who require something
a little special, an extensive range of Urns and Caskets
are available including ornamental styles and those
which include discreet and concealed caskets.
For
your convenience we operate an “Emergency Service”
whereby we will arrange to open our Chapel of Rest by
strict appointment only, should your pet unfortunately
die suddenly .
Should
you find it necessary to use our Emergency Service,
please telephone this office where an emergency number
will be given to contact our “On Call” member
of Staff who will arrange an appointment. Please note
calls are not accepted during “night hours”
10pm to 9am, non urgent messages may be left on our
Answer Machine at any time.
This
service is available Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
including Christmas and New Year (subject to staff availability).
Charges for our Emergency Service are available on request.
A
Courier
service may be provided by prior arrangement, for
the return of Ashes, should this prove more convenient
for you. Charges on request.

Children
and adults alike gain comfort by placing something personal
with their Pet, each Pet is individual and will be treated
with dignity by our experienced staff. We hope that EVERYONE
leaves with the comfort of knowing that their Pet has
been treated, as are our own, with great care.
The Chapel of Rest is also equipped with piped music,
encouraging a peaceful and dignified atmosphere to say
your final farewell. If a piece of music has a special
meaning for you, your own CDs or tapes may be played during
your visit.
Collections may be made from your Pet's last resting
place where they may be laid into a comfortable bed with
silk floral tributes supplied (fresh flowers by arrangement).
Our grounds are available for the placing of Memorials
and the Scattering and Interment of Pet ashes where we
provide a peaceful resting place, which may be visited
during our working hours. A variety of gardens offer something
for everyone.
