We are very pleased to receive so many excellent comments from pet owners after using our services, we do pride ourselves on our professional and dignified way in which we deal with both the deceased pets and also pet owners, allowing them to grieve knnowing they have done the very best for their dear friend and companion.

Here are just a few of the comments we have received, we do keep our many hundred letters and cards and these are available to the public to view by appointment as many are now archived due to the vast numbers.

To all management and staff, We wish to thank you all for the dignified way in which you handled our very much and very sadly missed King Charles Spaniel Alfie.  He was a great friend and fantastic companion to my wife and I.  Although he was so very young (he would have been 7 on the 24th April) he is and always will be greatly missed.  He had a marvellous nature and his passing leaves a very large void in our lives.  Thank you once again. – Mr & Mrs B. I just wanted to thank you for the professional service you gave when I had to call on your services recently.  I was and still am devastated to lose my ginger and white cat that had been such a friend to me for over twelve years.  I lost his brother three years ago and now they are together again, just where they loved being, in my greenhouse.  thank you to the lady in your reception, thats not the nicest job but she was very nice and professional.  When I picked Merlins ashes up I was relieved to have him back and thankful that he was in a nice package, if thats the way to put it, tastefully done.  You have done a nice service for my Merlin. – Miss J.
